Rehabilitation & physiotherapy
The protocol calls for physical therapy 5–6 days/week, at least 1 hour/day, with on-site PT in Las Vegas (up to ~55 sessions). Patients may leave Las Vegas roughly two weeks after surgery and continue rehab with local providers — so much of the distraction-phase therapy can be done at home. Whether the on-site PT is in-house or contracted is not established.
