Background
Arshak Mirzoyan began his orthopedic career in Kurgan, Russia (1980–1989) training directly under Professor Gavriil Ilizarov, where he defended his PhD on congenital pseudarthrosis treatment. After returning to Armenia, he founded the Yerevan Center of Limb Lengthening and Reconstruction in 2000 — the first specialized aesthetic limb lengthening clinic in the South Caucasus. He has treated patients from 21+ countries, published 60+ papers and 3 monographs, and served as visiting professor at Oregon Health Sciences University. The center was renamed Altezza Medical Center and subsequently Beauty & Tall as of March 2025.
